Ordering and Shipping
How do I Order Online?
When you find something you want click Add To Cart. You can continue shopping and add further items to your Shopping Cart if you wish, or you can click the ‘Checkout’ button at the top of this page.
You will need to set up an account before you ‘Checkout’. Enter your correct details and billing information together with a valid email address.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order with the download link for your purchase. All our products are download products and are immiately available once you have paid for them. If you don’t receive your confirmation email with the download link, please check your spam email box.
If you have not received your email within 10 minutes of your purchase, please email [email protected] or go to our Contact Form and submit your query there.
At present we use a PayPal shopping cart as our preferred payment gateway. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as eChecks, and bank transfers. PayPal is a secure payment provider.

Is Your Website Secure?

Yes. We have a SSL Certificate and all areas of our website where data is entered is coded using HTTPS.
When you have logged in if you look to the left of the URL bar at the top you will notice a padlock symbol, which signifies a secure page.
All personal information that you provide Bowraven.com is protected from security threats and third parties and will not be shared with anyone.
For your protection, all credit card transactions are handled through a secure link via PayPal, and no credit card information is ever stored on our own servers.
How Will You Ship My Order?
All products are downloads
All orders are sent to you by email, which will contain a link for the download. The download link will remain valid for up to 2 days are your purchases,if you have any problems, please email [email protected].
How Often Do You Upgrade Your Products?
On a regular basis
We upgrade our products when we think of new ideas or when customers ask for features to be included.
If you have an idea for a product or service, or for an additional feature to be included in one of our products, please go to our Support Forum and go to the relevant product section ‘Installation & Upgrade Help’ and post your message there.
If we feel that your idea is of benefit to the software or E-book, we will add this in to the next upgrade and will inform you of the change.
Who designs your products?
All are in-house designed
All of our products have been designed in-house and all copyrights belong to Bowraven Limited.
All of the products have been born out of a business desire or need and been used in all of Russell Bowyer’s businesses. For example, the Cash Forecaster Software was created when he had his Chartered Accounting Practice, and was used for many clients.
He then went on to use this for subsequent businesses and it has also been sold to other accounting firms and businesses across the globe.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you can exchange if for something else or return it within 30 days of receiving your download.
